I think the books offer some great inspiration - I'd love to see your take on the Bobbiedots! Since the canon design on the back of the book are just slight lacking, and it would be a fun 'group' Pokémon, in the vein of Klinklang or Dugtrio.

This is appropriate for the season, and so it's still pretty fun. It could be fun to see Pokemon that are missed opportunities for their region, so basically Pokemon concepts that would have been fitting for the region thematically via IRL lore or IRL history based on where the region is based on. For example, a Pokemon based on the Questing Beast (a creature from Arthurian lore) for Galar, or the Tarrasque (a monster from the lore of Southern France and a super boss monster in games like D&D) for Kalos, or the Ramidreju (a creature from Spanish lore) for Paldea

Pupulush and Snarover would definitely have a move called fetch. It would take the item a pokemon is holding and throw it back at it causing damage or a slowness debuff if it's a berry, if the pokemon isn't holding an item it'll just be a biting move trying to rip off something maybe like a feather or finger (hint hint nudge nudge) if it was to a humanoid pokemon (I'm using two stories as call backs!!)

Realistically, Primadiva likely has access to a powerful Fighting-Type move that can hit Snarover for 4x damage plus STAB, so it doesn't look good. That said, Snarover almost definitely has max Friendship/Affection due to the nature of its evolution, which means there's a non-zero chance it could survive a fatal hit anyway and land the Terabite; and based on its beartrap design, it most likely has Strong Jaw, which would boost whatever power the move has even further. I already forgot the statlines and Terabite doesn't have a given Power, so I can't run any calcs, but I believe in our doggo.

15:11 Don't think I didn't catch that. If you want more inspiration, why not look at enemies, characters, and bosses from FNaF World? More ominous beings like Animdude and Old Man Consequences could hold a lot of potential, while enemies like Bouncepot and Totemole could make for some neat jumping-off points, especially with enemies that have themed variants like Graveweed (for Bouncepot) and Tombstack (for Totemole). You might even be able to tie Porkpatch and Pigpatch into an evolutionary line, since the former definitely seems to have inspired the latter and thus shares some design cues. Seagoon could make for a good basis for a Water-type, and Bouncer/Snowcone can be a neat basis for a really brawly Ice-type!

Now you might be wondering also...... "Is it possible that Christmas/Winter years have any Horror Trope and the rest that are too gorey?". Well congratulations, they do exist. And when Subnautica 2 1st showed up in Xbox Showcase, this might be a good start already as Pokemon. Let's start with the Starters. The Grass/Ghost-Type Starter is based of a Ghost Weed. Like all nocturnal Grass-Types, they're found in deeper biomes while covered in Bioluminescence. So it's hidden ability is obviously Illuminate. The Fire/Rock-Type Starter is based of a Lava Lizard. I know Charizard and Skeledirge are more of spicy lizards since Day 1. But do they officially swim lava/magma? Definitely not. So to make it original, it's hidden ability is Flame Body. The Water/Electric-Type Starter is based of a Crabsquid. As the Electric-Type part suggest, Crabsquids can use EMP blasts to shut down any mechanical objects what the trainer has (Including Submarines). And thanks to the intelligence, it's hidden ability is Forewarn. Since they've been known to analysis the attacks of most Warpers.

Bellatelle - The Pirouette Pokemon Just like it's prior evolution, Bellatelle is almost contstantly spinning. With their percision, they are able to slice through the air, and generate energy which it releases in powerful attacks at all angles. They are desired by trainers for their strength and grcefulness, however can be quite vicious and difficult to train if they decide their trainer isn't precise enough in their methods. Primadiva - The Pirouette Pokemon Primadive move in a graceful manner which has the ability to fully distract and hypnotise watchers, and luring them into a false sense of security. However, it is extremely fast and ruthless, willing to attack even it's own trainer and teammates if it believes that they are perfect.
