I placed a order and then a 2nd order cause my sister wanted to get some kits for her son for Christmas. But you guys only shipped one order and private warehoused the other. It's all good. Was probably going to order some more soon. Also that Mr. Color thinner order is probably cause it's getting hard to find it right now.

We are looking at alternatives to Canada Post now as well. This is such a huge problem with the money CP is losing that its going to collapse at some point. I've noticed all my Indigo Manga orders are coming with Apple now, and Chitchats has come up a few times as well. So we are going to check them out.

I feel like that you guys really need to reorganize everything before the holidays happens. Black Friday is this week and I suspect it's going to be crazy for you guys. Hope for the best for you. If memory serves me correctly, I believe you kept the wing kits near where your Gundam markers are. The Epyon MG might be around their , unless it was moved.

Yes, it’s $10 flat rate across Canada. whether you buy one kit or 10 kits it’s still only $10 shipping and if your order reaches over $300 we ship it to you for free!

Saw the mass restock email today, but when I clicked on "MG RB-79 Mobile Pod Ball ver. Ka", I found it's out of stock already. LIke you mentioned in the video, some product is really popular and sold out instantly. I am wondering if this kit is also having the same popularity and sold out fast or it's just that the website didn't update yet.

Do you retailers over here know in advance when Bandai reprints kits? Some sites I go to have months in advance preorders for reprint kits.

Kind of, but there are no guarantees on quantities. Many situations where we would order a case of 24 kits and we would get half that amount if not less. It’s not too bad at the moment, but we still don’t backorder just for that reason. This may change in the future.

How long does it take to ship to kitchener?

Well, when I lived in Kitchener, and when I used to order from them, it usually three days or two days depending on when they ship it out, but mostly 3 to 2 days or four if they ship it out Friday, but usually 2 to 3 days

But it’s usually say what you said one day or two days max it’s pretty quick because Hamilton and Kitchener are an hour away from each other

It’s all on Bandai to decide that Zaku 1 and Zaku Cannon they haven’t done for quite sometime older kits they don’t seem to do as much but hopefully or eventually they’ll reprint them then Canadian Gundam and other stores will get them

Also keep in mind Bandai doesn't hold stock. They print X amount and ship them, that's it. After that batch is done, there's no more until they do another 1 some time nobody knows when

@@Sazabi4prez the people that take advantage of the system kind of ruin it for everybody else I personally since finding his shop I’ve used it as to not have such a huge backlog at home. But I only buy a kit a month or 2 and ship them every 3 to 6 months.
