The ones with Majima and Tatsuya breaking the neck can be possbily done without actually killing someone. It depends on where you snap it, as kyropractors are able to find the specific point on where the neck is hurting the most and snap it back into place. It's also possible to snap the neck in a non-lethal way by making it to where they're just knocked out for a bit.
