I have to give props to the modders. Importing the models and animations must have taken an insane amount of work. As someone who still plays Mario Kart Tour, it's really unfortunate this content can't somehow make its way into an update for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Even if it was just a cosmetic change on the selection screen. My favorite is definitely Vampire Waluigi.

a simple cosmetic change means a lot more than you think it does honestly. These characters are what make Mario Kart Tour so good, but at the same time I like the mainstream games A LOT More and wish the MKT Items could officially make their way there.

Vampire Waluigi, Swimwear Daisy, Painter Luigi, Aurora Rosalina, and Tuxedo Mario look really good and I’m even impressed with the mods that included their Tour Trick animations. SNES Mario was the funniest seeing the flat model. I’m pleased more people are putting effort into making these mods for us to enjoy!

The only way to get all the stuff quickly without paying a lot of money and no danger of being banned 😆 I think I saw mr krabs in the tanooki rosa clip. 4:18 wow, such a new character, some serious work must be going down. I was going to pick that mod as my favourite, but the rosa biker was very creative. Mario kart tour is an incredible game, mario kart 9 should be stunning, I can see ninja hideaway and kalimari desert 2 getting into the game, I don't know about citys or merry mountain though.

Why doesn't Tuxedo Mario say "I'll dress up!" when you click on him like he does in MKT?

It's probably because it uses existing slots of the same Driver. Because Mankalor installed multiple skins on the website, it would be impossible to have them all play individually because it only uses one character slot. You can have someone like Metal Mario for example say something else, but then the same would need to happen for every slot the mod takes up. TL;DR: Too many mods makes it harder to use selectable voice clips for each costume. Edited: Apparently you can replace Mario's menu sound with the Tour voices. I just found about this recently.

It'd be great if we can use coins we find on the track to buy the costumes via a store, like in odyssey. This also means increasing the coin limit from 10 to 30 or maybe more for each race

How do I download these mods on banana fish? Do you need a pc?

You need to have CFW (custom firmware) installed onto your Nintendo Wii U or Nintendo Switch. Some tools require the use of modding software. You'll need a microSD or a USB if you're on the Wii U system. I recommend looking for an updated guide on how to install CFW. DO NOT watch CFW tutorial videos. Those things can be outdated and end up causing more problems during your setup process. Once you have CFW installed, look into Gamebanana installation guides on their website.
