@ 0:23 is Johnny Johnson from the Winston-Salem, NC area. I think the car owner was Odell Bullins, but that was a long time ago! Johnny won a bunch of races over the years at Bowman Gray Stadium, and his brother Jimmy basically dominated the sportsman division there for years. Johnny was a smooth racer, while Jimmy relied on Earnhardt style tactics to win races and piss off the fans and fellow drivers! Both true legends!
