I have 2100 CONY, 1500 NVDY both of these I have decided not to reinvest until they pay for themselves. 1325 MSTY and I will add to this if it drops below my cost basis. 500 shares of QDTE and 405 shares of RDTE I am using the distributions from QDTE and RDTE to buy RDTE until it reaches 500 shares. Then I will start a position in XDTE and again use QDTE and RFTE to build up XDTE to 500 shares. Total Income for January is down 700 dollars to 10700 dollars but my third month above 10000 dollars a month. Also have several other small positions that are on drip.

Very nice income portfolio! 10k a month is great! Striving to hit 2k a month sooner than later...more capital and more margin I guess...LOL...These kind of comments keep me motivated. Thanks for sharing!

%40 MSTY & %60 QDTE add MSTY dividends to QDTE try keep close 40/60 rule. That’s all.

Hey. Thanks for the video. My money gen fund taxable is pretty much 38K mix with 80% in JEPI,JEPQ,SPYI Then 20% MSTY, NVDY all Drip. Value 38K no margin making $531 mthly. Somewhat stable and happy. IRA ymax/tsly/sqy/cony to name a few and slowly building. I got burned on Yieldmax funds with tsly since inception so going slow. You are getting me to dive into QDTE/OTDE/YMAX as well. Hope you do well in the future. Thanks for the content.
