More Mystery In Saif Stabbing: Why Didn't Kareena Kapoor Accompany Khan To Hospital?; What's Going?

My gut feeling, is that Kareen might have caught Saif in a compromise situation....I can say that the guy who came in and left like King might have been involved with Saif and then some altercation might have happened between them and in the fit rage she took a knife, maybe threatened to hurt herself and during that altercation, she might have accidentally injured Saif. Post which she might have left for Karishma's home without kids. The reason why cover up is happening due to following 1. He is a bollywood star 2. If this comes out will tarnish his image 3. Also he belongs to the Royal family 4. Hence they might use influence at Hospital, Political & Police to hide the secret 5. They also hide that guy and bring some random guy into this 6. I don't see any other reason other than this Kareen can go to an extent of attack, as both are born Rich

Naa i think Kareena caught Saif with the nanny and Kareena would have tried to stabbed the nanny and Saif defended her and got injured. Kareena did not bother to take him to the hospital . If Bengal man was involved Saif would have punched him to defend himself but i don't see any scratches on that poor man. Saif will not raised his hand on Kareena for sure. 😂😂

Saif Ali Khan does not have any vehicle. He commute by bicycle. since it is night time he decided not go to hospital by bicycle. Only Kareena has one Maruti Alto which she took to the party.. Hence they had to go to the hospital by auto.. Only 3 people are allowed inside an auto. Media is un-necessarily creating a mess without understanding anything
