Boy, Montauk is a very famous fishing location on the east coast! I’ve seen some early videos of fushermen at Montauk fishing for bid Stripers with Luxor Saumon Mer spinning reels. I have several J C Higgins reels. Onen is actually a 2090 Shakespeare Sea Wonder spinning reel. A Penn 713 greenie is a rare reel! I don’t own a Shakespeare 2065. You got some impressive reels to service. Oh, I have a Daiwa BG60 reel coming in tomorrow. That will make two BG reels I’ve collected so far! - Chris

I’m sure you'll enjoy that BG reel. Yes - the south shore of Long Island is known for the fishing and Montauk is among the best places to catch Striped Bass. Best wishes Chris - Dennis
