That's Impossible, No one will hire Non Tech employee in IT now, I am a 2022 Btech CS passout having 1.8 years exp as MERN and React Native experience, even it's difficult for me to get good hike or switch to good companies... You have 7 yrs of Resume gap Or Non Tech job, it's impossible for you to get into any IT role except Wordpress developer😂
