@bswogger46563 жыл бұрын
The social workers do not do anything but fill out the papers and she will be on the streets. The rent is going up for couple reasons one is the voucher program and section 8, other happens to be people investing in rental property. They bother women as well as the property just does what they have to with regard to building health. The laws that prevent the rent from going that high they are just asked her to leave so they can legally rent the apartment for think $550 more. Mind did it $250 with 2 week or leave. They are mental abusive as that is cruel!

Know in couple zip codes in Phoenix I was harmed by couple police. I took good care of Robert Duffy’s Mother. “Duffy” as we call him lived couple doors down 20 years ago. Andrew Santoya came into my life sane time Karen Brown did. My Dad was an Alcoholic so never had legal drink, 12-3-2011 while visiting with Robin had reaction to a drug had to be rushed to heart hospital. Messed up. Duffy is a grumpy old man but for some reason Andrew who ran From Child Protective Service’s 20 years ago was allowed with help of Tracy Hastings and Marvin James to refuse me medical care while refusing me domestic violence assistance. A Nurse Practioners spend 30 second with me as soon as in attempted to yell history of Andrew Santoya, he got up and said I was “not cooperating”. My mom has cancer and my siblings shut me up and Down, none of them know my medical History and they refuse to hear the truth. It sad!! Even Ellen Sohus refused me medical care, called my abusive sister Diane gossiping as micro managers social workers refuse to get “details” while breaking health protected information laws, In Arizona most are not qualified as “conflict” of interest Ignored by all of them including Barb Bump. Their is no help to stop abuse or the abuses of these apartments. Mr John Humphrey and Flaget refuses to help me get “order of protection” while I was have drug reaction with need to get to doctors appointments through Dial a ride, Flaget said I am rude, so John as his student blow me off for several years need file police reports has me go downtown Phoenix Twice to Met Flaget who was a no show. Mean while Flaget’s friend whom I was very kind to decided to insult me so Flaget wanted Yes and no answers to why I do not know if my mom be home. No I could not call her, had types John whom should know how to file police reports and retraining orders why have me met with that sensitive verbally abusive “homeless” creator...met her 15 years karen brown DUI but Flaget like most working state of Arizona Check boxes she rolled around her space not once like at “gay Denny’s” could she handle 2-3 sentences... most of them have mental illness and ADD is one that in field, one needs to be-able to pay attention! Threatening my life is not ok, not for Flaget’s group, not barb Bump group, not to my former co works at ITS nor is it ok to threaten my life because some ignorant file clerk or office staff so out of their scope of practice they do not get The seriousness. In this town it's as easy to get rental assistance as it is to get food stamps everybody here has all assistance programs they need. I had rental assistance when I needed it payed 80% of my rent, I had child care assistance it payed 80 percent for me too. Just fill out a financial assistance application at the Health and Human Services Building and you get all the assistance you need in the same week you apply. Every low income person in this town is free to fill out an application. Once they're approved they just have to keep up with filling out the renewal application every few months so they can keep up with your income status. I live in Willmar , MN the only waiting lists I have heard of here are for low income devorce hearings and Heartland Community Action had waiting lists for apartments.

What about buying shipping containers and use them to house seniors with no where to go. They can be bought for around $10,000. This is not right..Not right at all.

15 years ago, while traveling to Yuma for winter vacation, we stopped at an RV site overnight in Las Vegas. There were many many Rundown rvs, trailers, trucks with a slide in where people were living. I remember one slide in where the person was an invalid with a walker and wheelchair and was living there permanently because the rent was cheap for an RV site. 15 years ago, hello!!!!!!! People were getting paid next to nothing so how do you save and get ahead on that. Greetings from Canada

Not if they didn’t take care of you first. My parents are going on the street as well, especially since that generation screwed young people over with student loan debt, inflation, pro immigration, outsourcing jobs, unnecessary military spending, harmful chemicals in food, pollution, racism, agism against young people by making it hard for younger people to get ahead and telling 19 year olds they needs 20 years experience for entry level low paying jobs or work at McDonalds, and telling young people they need 800 credit score to buy cars with 30% interest. Screw the boomers, and gen x for not fixing the system that they created and then wanting a pity party for for succumbing to the raddegy system that they designed and not liking the taste of their own greedy oppressive medicine.

Hi from Danmark 🇩🇰💃🌈 BIDEN do something How can they raise the rent just like that. and terminate a permanent tenant. RENT MUST BE PAYABLE . AND PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO LOSE THEIR HOMES .
@jasonphilips47312 жыл бұрын
It's a rental she doesn't OWN the property. That's what happens when you rent.

Many people got out of the rental business after moratoriums we're over. People still had to pay mortgages, property taxes and insurance. They were devastated by an illegal order that courts ruled was Not legal. So now Investment groups bought homes and apartment units and have doubled the rates. Why do so many people Not see how this happened. The way it was explained nyo me is this happened cos of "you don't have to pay rent and you can't evict policies" by our government. If the government mandated you to give me your vehicle and keys and ordered you to keep making payments onm your vehicle you could Not drive even though I would be driving your car for two of three years what would you say??? I bet you would say NO way that's not fair. That's what happened to many mom and pop rentals their property they were working to pay for was given to others to use yet they had to pay. Now people everywhere are paying or being proved out of homes.

True but also especially those that are buying up lots of properties to rent out for crazy profit, which drives up rent everywhere. Airbnb, VRBO, etc are the problems too.
