Hi Claire, watching your vlogs again as I've really struggled staying on plan since xmas! Btw I've recently been having Birds Eye potato waffles with a egg if I want to save my hexb option for something else. You can pop them in the toaster to cook and only 2 syns each! xx

It was a good week for me i did a lot of walking and stuck with plan and lost 3lb. Reached my half a stone so came out of a class with a new shiny and beaming smile.

Well done on yr loss and great food idea video. When you food prep in the morning what time do you get up? I bet that helps a lot and something I need to think about although mornings with 3 boys is manic 😬 x

We are usually up around 6 and leaving house around 8.25 x yep morning are chaos with 2 I can’t imagine 3 😂😂😂

I’ve got the fruit and nut hi fi bars too. They’re my favourite along with the double chocolate ones. I’ve just picked up the slimming world book today and it’s great it has the mini book too. I like to have something sweet on an evening. Well done. I lost 1/2 lbs and didn’t expect it. I’ve got some hash browns from Aldi they’re one syn for 1. They’re fab. Thanks for sharing ❤❤❤❤❤xx

Yes they are good I can’t remember last time I had them I had another brand in my freezer too and there was at least a syn difference per hash brown it’s crazy that the same thing varies so much 🤷🏻♀️ have you tried the new honeycomb hifi they are really good too x well done on your loss have a fab week Cx

Always enjoy your videos 😊. Do you pre cook your chips in water in the mmicrowave before airfrying or do you drain them ?

Yes I chop my chips give them a little soak and rinse then I pop them back jn water in my microwave for 10/12 min , drain toss them in my colander with fry light , salt , pepper , chip seasoning whatever you are using before popping them in airfryer usually for around 20/25 min x

I have found tesco fruit going off quick and short dates even on the shelf strawberries especially loved the meals Claire❤

Some lovely meals Claire. If I feel like something as a sweet treat for a pudding I like quark mixed with 11g of choc options, any flavour you like, for 2syns it's really nice. The fruit and nut Hi Fi bars are my favourite too. Well done on you loss Claire, take care lovely xx

It has been half term for us this week. I normally go to a Wednesday class but my friend asked me to go to her group today (Saturday morning). I lost 1/2 and I’m ok with that as not being 💯 as it’s half term. I’m the same with eggs with loads of spots in them lol 😂. They’re probably absolutely fine. I don’t think you could ever look horrible hun. You’d look good in a bin bag liner xxxxx
