NewKidCo were mostly known for preschool games that usually weren't very educational. For example, their Dragon Tales game for GBC was a frustrating mess that not even an adult could finish, let alone a dumb kid that hasn't even learned how to read yet. Also, they weren't the developers of Goofy's Fun House, just the publishers. The game was actually developed by The Code Monkeys, who are mostly known for two things: ports (such as the Genesis port of Turrican and a Java phone port of Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow), and the Dingo Pictures movies disguised as minigame compilations.

Even Disney's somewhat descent games from the 90s have the problem of being overly difficult due to unfair and often, poorly implemented mechanics. I get that it was a thing in the 90s to make games more difficult, but come on, it's probably easier to beat Mario The Lost Levels than it is beating The Lion King without cheats.

You should give a look at PK: Out of the Shadows, a game based on a panned reboot of a cult italian comic book where Donald Duck is a superhero. It was made in a well meaning but ill thought attempt to make the character more famous in America so that the comic could be translated... and maybe receive an animated adaptation. It flopped and alongside of some of the choices of the rebooted comic (like removing some of the most popular characters of the original comic and changing the backstory of one of them) caused the comic to be canned after 24 issues and the PK "brand" to go dormant for years.

I'm just gonna say it. For Episode 3 of Terrible Disney Games, one of the games you should cover is Gravity Falls: Legend of the Gnome Gemulets for the Nintendo 3DS. I've mentioned this before in my comment of the first Terrible Disney Games episode, but as someone who hates Gravity Falls for being such an un-Disney-like show, I knew the game was going to land on the "The Problem With Licensed Games" page on TvTropes. The game may have show-accurate graphics and dialogue, but it has extremely monotonous gameplay, boring music more fitting for a western, uninspired and recycled boss fights, and is far too easy, being beatable in approximately five hours. It also is low on the creepiness factor (which, in my opinion, is a blessing in disguise).
