It could very well be true, the bunker could have just been hit by a drone wreckage, if it was built according to Russian standards and tradition, it is natural that it was nothing more than a shed made of cardboard crates and as we know it is a material that catches fire easily. But of course, it cost as if it were built with the best pre-stressed concrete... it's the traditional Russian corruption working against them...
