You can called it futile pursuit but the last time I checked the constitution of Nigeria gurantees the right to adhere to any religion of your choice. I wonder what business of yours is if people perform pilgrimage as specified by their faith. Why would someone who doesn't subscribe to a religion go out of way telling those who are subscribers how to go about practicing their religion. Do what your religion says and let the Muslims be unless you want to make trouble.

It is my belief that people should use their personal wealth for such pursuits and not drain the scarce Forex for such. And if by trouble you mean what you indulge in, such as Boko haram, ISWAP, ANSARU and marauding herdsmen then l say you people ought to pay taxes as well.

Completely waist of money. the money some of this people suppose to use to establish them self in there business, with prayer in there house GOD IS IN EVERY COUNTRY. some of this people can not loan that amount spending for the MECCA to there relatives or help someone . Stop speaking from an ignorant point of view. Going to pilgrimage to mecca is an instruction from Allah in the Quran and your submission clearly shows you've not been reading the Quran to be making such comments.
