Imma be nerdy for a sec: The penultimate user has a point with her discussion on first lines being titles. Granted, they might not be good for other musicals (can you imagine Waving Through A Window being retitled as 'I've Learned To (Slam on the Brake)'?)- but for a certain duo, they WERE. The majority, if not all, of Gilbert and Sullivan's songs were titled by their first lines and LATER given colloquial 'titles'. 'As Someday It May Happen' from The Mikado is more commonly known as 'The List Song' (one of my satirical favourites because every actor writes a different version to mock as many people as is humanly possible), while Ruler of The Queen's Navy from HMS Pinafore's real title is simply 'When I Was A Lad.' So, do we allow the flood of G&S back with this one Tiktok? I sincerely hope so. (One the does work however is renaming 'Say My Name' to 'You Could Use A Buddy' ok this works more than I thought)

The teacher stealing the kid’s solo reminds me of the time when a girl starting singing her duet early RIGHT over me and my partners duet at my fourth grade concert in front of EVERYONE💀 Then she had the audacity to sing it again at the right time, so we just never got to sing our actual part😐 The worst part is, that was the only time I was given a bigger role in a concert. I had actively seek out the role and practiced like a lot after school on my own time with my partner. I will never have the chance to do something like that again because I’m a junior now and I don’t take choir or sing for an audience anymore (I joined band in 5th and have done it since). Plus I don’t think I’d be a tenor anymore and I suck at singing now.

The legally blonde the musical one- my outfit was all black and then a waiters costume. I was in the orchestra pit cause I’m a violin/violist hahaaaa (I did go on stage for one bit hence the waiters outfit). Legally blonde is DEFINITELY the best musical I’ve ever done.

Cute little story for y’all. I was squidward in SpongeBob! And at the end I’m supposed to come forward and have my little “oh my gosh I’m nice now” moment and the ensemble member would not let me go of our little chain of singers. At that point I’m about to miss my cue and ask “what are you doing?” She was zoned out the whole time looking for her parents in the audience 😭 I made it to the front late and kinda just mad lobbed the whole thing 😭
