Did you say kaya and sange? You added yasha and kaya. And of course your damage would increase because you added int on shaman which is an int hero.

Yes - but only an increase of ~16 dmg was expected. I had also done a quick check on my findings with the wiki (liquipedia.net/dota2/Revenant%27s_Brooch) and it mentions that spell amplification affects it (sources here - liquipedia.net/dota2/Spell_Damage#Outgoing_Spell_Damage_Manipulation . Scroll a bit for item sources) . The above item sources do not mention Shivas and I feel spell damage increase isnt hence same as spell amp. Thanks for the comment! And let me know if something doesnt seem right - would be happy to fix and incorporate 😄
