If they are going to ban trail cameras because it’s not fair. Then they should ban forward facing sonar and live scope for fishing that’s not fare chase for the fish.

I dont own any land, but my work sits on 15 acres and I have free reign on it. Ive cleared 3 acres of honeysuckle with a chainsaw and made clover plots, and planted 17 trees, and i dont even own it! So i completely understand how addicting habitat work is lol

Honestly the only thing that kept me from Exodus cells was the data price. Looking forward to seeing the new prices

Every state other than Iowa is doing everything they can to make hunting easier and decreasing age structure..Iowa is going the opposite direction and making the state even better for hunting and age structure...What is the most desired state that all hunters want to hunt... yep its Iowa. Nice job Iowa! Keep it going in the direction you are now. It will only make the state more desirable for giant whitetail. Also, he said everyone in Iowa is up in arms about changes this year, and it's just the opposite. Most Iowa residents support changes made this year

The one buck rule has done more for other states than a trail camera ban ever could.

Glad they are cracking down on trail cameras. Use your trail cameras throughout the off season then pull them and hunt like a real hunter. They should never have been legal during hunting season.

I enjoy the content from a number of deer hunting KZbinrs, Personally, The hunting public, is probably my favorite, followed by the hunting beast, and you guys have some decent content. More & more of you are doing more of these podcasts now, which is eh, ok. Main reason people are watching is because it's about deer Hunting equipment bans. I'm a poor, hardcore bowhunter, I'll probably never get to Hunt Iowa, and trail cameras has never given me the kind of quality intel that active scouting does. For everyone like the hunting public and Dan Infalt who really get after it, there's 50 that are trying to market some product of rapid obsolescence and get hunters depending on it. Same kind of mentality has turned many of our sportsman associations into politicized pirimid scams, where the leadership sponges money from membership dues, over priced merch, and poorly regulated raffles. They put on a show, but like the farmers we're a minority group, we don't hold the power at the ballot box, and most of them don't really have the depth on the topics to represent our interests in the first place, their just taking your money like good sheep herders.

I wish Ohio would do the same. It looks terrible walking on public when season is over. Tons of trash, cameras, stands. I'm all for cameras on private land. But not public.

CANNOT wait for the app! Question for you guys, what month are you planning on the launch? I want to get my cams out for the season by end of July, but can't until I get the new SIMs in.

90% no 97% of out of state hunters hunting public land in iowa will shoot any deer over 140 regardless, trail cam or no. That is why the kansas deer heard has gotten in the shape its in.

Gonna have to do somthing similar go skip sligh. Start and organization and raise money to pay a lobbyist to work foe hunters in state houses. That's how ravine crossbows gets states to legalize crossbows without even asking hunters.

Glad skip doing what he is. I really bet crossbow speeds and scope magnification being regulated next. Elk Shed hunting already being regulated in some states
