For the wasps thing - if you have 22 hardwood/cedar trees on your island, you will get 15 bell drops, 2 furniture spawns, and 5 wasps. I have exactly 22 on my island in one area so I can just shake the trees and get my items easily. However if the trees have something like ornaments, they will NOT drop any of those items. In my experience I can only get tree branches and ornaments from decorated trees.

Thanks for making those videos ! Even so many years later, they're still useful for people who play it still or again ! I've recently come across 2 pieces of information that I haven't been able to verify yet : 1- If you wear a complete diving outfit, you will swim faster (snorkel + wet suit + water shoes) => this one I have a really hard time believing but, ... maybe ? 2- You can tell a villager is visiting the museum during the day if Blathers is awake when you get inside before talking to him => I'd love for this to be true, but I don't remember it being that way because I always seamed to "loose" some of my villagers around my island. I'd love to know if that is the case and I just haven't picked up on this hint before !

I figured out today that the second one is false. I had a villager in the museum, and Blathers was asleep when I went in, when I changed exhibit and when I left the museum.

I’ll say this, I like how fruit trees don’t have wasps because I ALWAYS have my net out when shaking trees because I’m paranoid of wasps. Also I’ve noticed something if you have fences off trees it seems the game is more inclined to spawn things like furniture and wasps in the trees that are not fenced away.

One thing I found out about the "getting villagers of personalities that you don't already have" When you invite that first 3 villagers in the beggining of the game, you will only find the 3 personalities respectively in mystery islands. When I started, I invited Punchy, and then no other lazy villager showed up. Same thing happened when I invited Bianca, no more peppy villagers. From there on I literally only found normal villagers because I already had the other personalities, and that was what I used to find Merengue since it was easier when there was only normal villagers to find. ( still, it took a lot of tickets and PATIENCE to find that girl )

I wish money trees would stay money trees instead of turning back into hardwood trees.If they could keep producing money, that would be AMAZINGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't see them doing that unfortunately since it would make Money Trees way too OP and make paying off your home loans way too easy. However, them working a bit like the money rocks where if you have multiples of them on your island one of them spawns money every day or every few days would be a nice way to handle it.

I'm pretty sure you need 22 trees to get everything you can get from shaking trees: 5 wasps, 2 furniture items, and 15 coins worth 100 Bells each. So if you just plant 22 non-fruit trees in a little area of your island to shake each day, each one will give you one of those things daily and you don't need to worry about running around to find out which trees have something in them. I think Bunny Day will mess that up since some of those trees will have eggs instead and I'm not sure if shaking the eggs off will make those trees spawn anything else besides branches.

At least Koramora will have a year to test out the flower myth. By then, either she'll have more myths to bus... I mean smash, or a new Nintendo console will be released. (Or maybe Kora will be a speed runner and test all of the birthdays in a day (maybe in a 24-hour livestream? Or maybe a sped-up video).

Are you sure that for your 10 tree experiment you only got 1 furniture item? According to the GrowUp process within the game code, it adds 5 wasps, then 2 furniture, then 15 coins, of course stopping once you run out of trees So with 10 trees, you should have gotten 5 wasps, 2 items, and 3 coins
