You can jump higher while standing inside or against non-full blocks (e.g. fences, chains, carpet, buttons, torches). You go higher compared to simply shooting your feet, but it doesn't seem to have any effect when you jump before shooting. Maybe you could find a use for this mechanic

The Wind Charge thrown at a wall while gliding with the Elytra towards it at moderate speed can give extra momentum when turning around.

Breezes drop 4-6 Wind Charges (unaffected by Looting) and each Breeze Trial Spawner summons 2(n-1) + 6 Breezes, with n being the number of players present. This means that for every Breeze Trial Spawner, you can get 24-36 charges in Singleplayer, and even more if you play with friends. And I'm pretty sure most Trial Chambers have a good amount of Breeze Spawners. So Wind Charges might be easy enough to get to do some really fun stuff like this

in the world creation menu there's a button called "Experiments" right below "Allow Commands: ", there you're given some options, toggle the "Update 1.21" button(make sure you click "Done" to confirm) and you should be able to find the wind charge under the Combat section in the creative menu
