More Winter For Portage la Prairie. March 18th, 2013

It's not a great day on Manitoba Highways, thanks to the blizzard system that's moving through our area. Most roads are snow-covered and slippery, with reduced visibility in blowing snow. The RCMP advise caution when driving, adding there may be delays in responding to emergencies because of those conditions.
