Orlandian here. That spot where you sat in front of Hard Rock, well not sure of you know (more for when you come back), if you take a the ferry across then you'd be at City Walk. You will meet alot of locals there. I've been hanging there since high school and still go occasionally for date night. Lots of clubs, movie theater, and minim golf.

Nothing like going to Fright Night and not wanting to get scared!! My daughter made 5 different Harry Potter wands for Christmas gifts last year plus a wall plaque to hang them all on. She loves Harry Potter!

Don’t feel bad about getting in trouble for diving. It’s just that so many people have had serious and sometimes fatal injuries diving into a shallow pool. And the way Americans like to sue, even when it’s really their own fault, places are paranoid about someone getting hurt. Side note, for some reason I always imagined you were shorter.

Pro tip, when you go to a large park like Universal Studios. Arrive just when they open, do a little scrambling around, and get in all the major { long lines } attractions early before the crowd arrives, then you can have a relaxing afternoon, and evening.

Adam! If you come back to the US visit the DMV area! (DC, Maryland, and Virginia) theres a ton of stuff to do in DC (TONS of museums, some are also in Virginia), Maryland has the best crab on the east coast (try Old Bay seasoning if you havent already,and crab cakes), Maryland and Virginia have some beautiful scenery and beaches, including an island (split between Virginia and Maryland) with a herd of wild horses (id recomend Chincoteague VA, you can stay in town, get some shark at a local restaurant, and go on a bus tour that gets you up close and personal with the famous Chincoteague ponies) and overall its a beautiful and fun place to visit. You probably know from Florida but driving is gonna be a pain in the DMV

It's good to see all the newer parts of Disney World and the rest. I went there just once in 1984 when I was a teenager. The only theme parks were the Magic Kingdom and the new Epcot Center. I can now afford to go again, but my back could not tolerate all that walking and standing. I hope you show us more of Northern Ireland. I'm old enough to remember "The Troubles" and it makes me happy to see the peace and increased prosperity. Half of my ancestors, all on my father's side, came to the U.S. from parts of western Ireland (I think) after the U.S. Civil War (1861-65).

My oldest daughter was 8 months old when I did a transatlantic flight from Frankfurt (then-West) Germany to Syracuse, NY via JFK airport in NYC. If yoh have money to spend, there is so much fun stuff to do in the USA. Even if you don't have money, there is the most beautiful State national parks to visit. THE GRAND CANYON IS FREE. In my state in the pacific northwest, we have HUGE BEAUTIFUL STATE PARKS, that have several hiking trails with some of the most BEAUTIFUL WATERFALLS YOU EVER SEEN. the water is so clean because it's fresh from off the mountain snow. If its a hot day, the water will cool you down. But just one park has atleast 6 or more HUGE WATERFALLS, WITH HIKING TRAILS. its more beautiful than the WATERFALLS in Hawaii, Maui and maui has gorgeous WATERFALLS. Its beautiful in my state in the pacific northwest. There is so many beautiful things to see here. Weather is perfect all the time. We have ZERO CRAZY WEATHER IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST. its beautiful. Today was 75 degrees Fahrenheit, beautiful day.

Duff beer is actually pretty good. And you should be getting excited about Harry Potter! I went to college when the Chamber of Secrets came out in theaters. I was super excited. I showed up when the Hagrid ride opened. My dad was exited. My dad hate's crowds.

I haven't been yet, but I can still say without a doubt that both Universal Orlando parks are the absolute BEST theme parks in America, possibly the world!!! I would think less of you if you weren't into Harry Potter, no matter your age! Harry Potter is not much for children anyway. I'm glad you at least talked about the Shrunken Head in the Night Bus, but you didn't try to actually talk TO HIM! I don't know if he was turned off because it was after 5PM or not, but he normally talks to people during the day. Also, there are 2 other spirits you can talk to. 1. In Universal Islands of Adventure. In front of the old Poseidon's Fury building is a small fountain that will talk, light up, and squirt water at you. I know you're just talking to a guy in a control room, but still! He is funny, one of the best attractions in any of the parks, and definately the most memorable moment you will ever have! 2. In Volcanoville, there is an entrance to walk thru the volcano near the Big Wave Pool that you were in. Inside the volcano is a tiki spirit that lights up and maybe sprays water at you. He is cool and different from the others. Also, the Volcano in Volcanoville will shoot out water and fire at certain times, during certain hours. Probably every 30 to 60 minutes after 2 or 5 PM. Not exactly sure of the times, but you will know when its about to happen by listening to the music. You also could have seen it from your hotel window, but you wouldn't be able to hear the music to know when it was about to happen.

A great travel tip my uncle was famous for is to pack all of your old underwear and socks. As you use one each day you throw it away. By the end of the trip you have room for your shopping! He would get rid of old underwear, socks and undershirts that way. The man was a genius!

I grew up in California where it got to 110 in the summer, and lived 10 years in Tampa Bay. The heat never bothered me, but I will take the Cali dry heat over the humid heat any day. I moved back to California, and I don't miss the humidity or the hurricanes. I do miss the parks, though.

Busch Gardens Tampa is a must visit just 70 miles from Orlando. An African Theme park with 11 of the greatest rollercoasters in the US. Many visitors to Disney World include Busch Gardens & Adventure Island. Love your KZbin channel. Peace!!!

kinda feels weird watching these videos. I live pretty close to universal, my wife and kids go all the time just for something to do. Never really think about how it's a huge attraction and people all over the world save up to do this once in their lives. Shit we could go every day, and I don't ever go.
