@@fogster31 thanks for that information Dave!!! I live in Lancaster, its the neighbouring city to Morecambe. My mother was born in Morecambe and my grandparents were ballroom dancing teacher's in Morecambe for years. It was quite nice and convenient for me to work on 'The Broadway' living a mile or so away. Btw The Broadway is a new development on the old site of the old Broadway Hotel. Thanks for your comment Dave. Hope you enjoy it if your ever in Morecambe!!!!

dave seymour yes I can’t afford much and this is a stretch but it looks great with as you say just the issue with stronger winds you’d have to be more careful. Thank you
