If Caseoh is 6'2" Inches (188 Centimeters and most likely 300 Pounds) then according to an article I read, Caseoh would have to acquire a daily intake of 2800-3200 calories since he is heavier, and would have to eat 1700 calories a day to lose weight, meaning that Caseoh ate less calories than he usually should have.
