Cat, I travel every summer since I was only 8 months! And I still get Jet lagged all the time! I never really take a plane a lot but I still loose track of time like when I was in California and Florida because I am central and those are eastern or the other one! And I sleep at like 7 pm cuz in those time zones are 2 hours before! Then when I get back I sleep and 5 pm!
