This has got to be one of the best Caribbean documentaries I’ve seen where you hang out with the locals rather than film in just the tourist areas. People would pay good money for this experience.

I can assure you that this is very different and tastes very different from what you guys call pepper pot. Oil down is a stew cooked in coconut milk and tumeric.

Great video!!!! 🇧🇲🇧🇲🇧🇲 You pissed off the Chef....when you stuck your finger in her sauce 😢😢😮😂😂😂
@chazzie7776 ай бұрын
He does this all the time. Completely mannerless and has zero ability to read the room. Licks his fingers then re-serves himself with them, hangs his head over chef's pots, eats over communal dishes... I could go on. I'm beginning to think he's just fucken clueless and self important.

When you come to St. Kitts you have to go to Cooper's in Dieppe Bay. Friday's and Saturday's they sell "cook-up" you can't miss it. And their fried pot fish is legendary. Try Coconut Tree Bar and grill also in Dieppe Bay for nighttime grilled fish and lobster. 🤞🏾🇰🇳✌🏾

Traveling is expensive, so how did you start your show right out of college? I love to travel, but after college I was in lots of debt, and had to work, and my working-class parents couldn't give me a loan, or pay my debt, or call up their connections.

The show would have been great, but unfortunately, the editor didn't remove the clanging, smacking, and other high-pitched noises that are generally amplified by the microphone. These sounds became so overwhelming that I had to stop watching. I hope that whoever edits the videos can take this into consideration next time, as the show seems fantastic otherwise. I'm not trying to be mean, but these audio issues can make it difficult to enjoy the content.
