From what I know it will not increase pollution. When you look at facts and figures you can see that. That is if you understand how to read the facts and figures versus the hype. And at the bare minimum if it does increase pollution, mo val is polluted anyways so why not bring in some revenue to compensate. As a home owner and a commuter this looks good to me. Its a start towards improvement.

I don't know about this , the Moreno valley Riverside 215 60 freeways aren't even wide enough to support all that traffic , if they widened the freeways more and added at least 3 extra lanes shit I'm all for it, but so far our freeways including the freeways in Los Angeles havnt Been widened enough to support the population growth, our traffic is already bad enough I hate driving
