19:17 Not sure how it'd work in American law, but in English law, the court judges self defence based on the circumstances the defendant believed to exist, even if it was a mistake. In other words, if charges are pressed, a self-defence plea would likely succeed. A case to confirm the mistakes point is r v Williams. Edit: r v Williams (Gladstone), to be more specific. There are several Williams cases across law. If you were to google self defence, however, you'd likely find it anyway.

Including Gigi Wu in this video is kinda meh. She was an experienced hiker that had an accident. Yes she was hiking alone, but so does many hikers. She had prepared properly, and the risks she took are quite reasonable and managed from what I know. There's definitely hikers who have actually died doing something dumb, like for example posing for camera on the edge of a cliff. Or the people that died mimicing or trying to visit Chris McCandless camp.
