So context on that credit card Steam ban it is actually sad. So the dude had his mother's card on file. He started using her credit card to buy games *without her knowing.* So she called Steam thinking someone stole her card. He was granted access back to his account but unauthorized games were lost. Considering how toxic he is to his mother after basically stealing from her I don't feel bad at all.

The first time EA used a loot box system was in FIFA 09 and was the first western company to adopt the practice. China and Japan had been doing it since much earlier.

12:30 I remember in Jr. High one of my bullies smashed my head into a wall and bust the back of my head open requiring stitches. I didn’t do anything to provoke him except look in his direction. The school tried to suspend me too they said “ well when there’s a fight we have to suspend both students!” My mom hadn’t arrived yet so I said “ there wasn’t a fight he just bashed my head in!” When my mom arrived she was FURIOUS. Let’s just say I didn’t get suspended and the other kid was expelled and charged with assault and got sent to juvenile detention

No they didn't. This was misinformation on twitter. There was two clips circulating, one where Speed was being misogynistic, and one where people were being racist towards Speed. The clips were in two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT games. Also I am fairly sure the racists WERE banned too.

It's not really the helping part, its the "helping people who just want to afk and still say they did stuff" for real life money part of it. Yes carry for gold has always been In mmo's and its "considered not a problem". but trading in game items and other content for *real life money* is the problem
