I think as long as Sidemen Sunday's are long enough the content doesn't need to be crazy. Most of the people that watch the Sidemen watch purely because of the the people, not the video concept. I feel like they'd have more fun doing one bigger video each month and the rest being more casual. It makes me sad to think they don't really enjoy filming as much but i get it.

exactly, ive been saying this. They only need to make videos they enjoy, dial down on high quality, studio tv-esc shoots, sidemen fans dont care about professionalism. We love the old sidemen house main channel style, just one videographer and steady cams. I think the problem is, who the sidemen are targeting as fans, if they want the core fans, they should not worry, if they want new fans or american fans, they'll have to worry about content type

agreed that its about the sidemen, the people. thats why i hate the dating videos. its less about them and more about the video concept, and i dont like that, especially when they have to pretend like they are single for 40 minutes. the silent challenge they did at the beginning of the sidemen sundays was elite yet only 18 minutes long because it was all just the Sidemen being themselves and the concept was just simple and not the real focus

I'm gonna be honest, I haven't been watching the Sidemen for a while now and maybe I "outgrown it" or maybe I just simply gained other tastes in youtube as I'm now 22, but I remember the golden times of all 7 of them since around 2014 where it was "just" normal guys playing videogames and just having pure fun. However, this video made me go in a really amazing nostalgia trip because I was watching it and thinking to myself that they are so comfortable with us as fans that they can openly talk to the camera about filming and their lives and discuss it to give us more to look forward, but above it all it really feels like watching just a few friends simply having a conversation and we're re just watching it. Its crazy how (for me and maybe other oldshool fans) can feel that they really haven't changed, they jusy became more confident and comfortable with themselves and with the camera. Thank you JJ, Simon, Harry, Josh, Vikk, Tobi and Ethan for this amazing years and I'll definitely be around to continue grow with you guys, be it closely or in the vicinities :) PS: love from a fan in Portugal (that went to the first upload 💁🏻‍♂️) PS.2: maybe I am a bit high after all.
