For AP Voli is much better to build Nashor's tooth firrst, it makes Voli insanely strong, and he just melting enemies

Every item was. But most are just getting gold increase and -5 to -15 ap/ad. Hp components have been buffed. Basically they removed a lot of damage and increased more hp
