Yes! I love any kind of videos. Maybe not so much full exercise, but some here and there and food prep, healthy (on a budget) food haul, healthy food meals, maybe some protein/vitamins that you guys recommend. Stuff like that. But I miss the cleaning videos and organizing, those are my favorites

Small tip if when using the bars behind your neck if it hurts put a pool noodle on the bar it will help the bar not put so much pressure on to your neck

niiice guys!!! i´m a crossfitter and i love everything about that and i love lifting weights ... just remember go all the way down to 90° squats when your doing back squats and front squats ... love the gym. And be careful with the movements. have fun

I love my prx squat short rack. I havr the 3x3. I would like to know if I can add leverage arms to it? If not I been really thinking of selling it to get a different rack that can take more attachments. I heve 3 car garage and don't park cara inside. Just got prx for the clean look I guess. But I have space for a half rack or even a full rack.

Should I do rack pulls on my prx rack with the spotter arms or will this be bad for the bolts on wall?? I don't want them to get loose over time. I have two buldging disk so I wanna start doing rack pulls instead of deadlifts. There is someone who wants to buy it and will sell it if I can't do rack pulls on it to get rep fitness rack

Were your wall studs 16" or 24"? I have 16" studs and I'm trying to figure out if having the plate storage on the very next stud to the left/right of the squat rack gives enough space to maneuver and change plates. If your studs are also 16", it looks like it does!

Brittney please be carful with heavy lifting. We ladies who have had babies need to be careful of prolapse of uterine, bladder and rectal. I met a woman who lifted for exercise and had uterine and urethra prolapsed literally every thing came out. Please be careful.
