Hey buddy, Nice review. As I am in Alberta and I have to park my cars as well inside. What I do is that after am done working out, I have a big/large tarpaulin sheet which I pull on floor. Then I bring my cars in Garage on top Tarpaulin. All the snow and muddy stuff falls on that sheet. When I have to train next day, I park my car outside, fold the tarpaulin in half and floor is clean. This way I don't have to mop everyday or every time. Give it a shot.

I'm surprised with some of the negative reviews. I was so impressed with the kzbin.infoUgkxMwYg0MOXR4M-oGeyBsNSYe1aPOUoRH6D cage that I got the lat pulldown attachment that goes with it. It is equally outstanding. I don't have one complaint other than putting it together is a job. The instructions and packaging of the parts are very well designed and organized. Also, I stripped and damaged the pull down cable the first day, admitting it was my stupid fault, and they quickly replaced it at no charge. I'm 6'5, 280lbs and fit in the cage just fine. Glenn B

14:30 I think your point is way overlooked. Many folks who are dedicated to a healthy lifestyle wake up early so they can get a workout in before work. While I think that’s still a good idea for people who are busy in the evenings their kids won’t really see them working out. A lot of parenting is leading by example. Kids pick up on the things they see you do.

@willzbillzfam2 жыл бұрын
Well we moved out of that house recently otherwise I'd give you exact measurements 😬 PRX sells a 73" rack that will work for your wall. It requires a 91" tall wall. They also sell a 90" bar that requires a 108" wall and a 96" rack that requires a 114" wall. Hope that helps!

@willzbillzfam2 жыл бұрын
Right on!! We didn't actually compute the difference in cost, just more of an overall known fact that everything costs more in AK. We bought everything from Precor Fitness in Anchorage off Benson & N. Lights. I'm sure they marked up whatever they needed to in order to sell but we felt like they were overall pretty fair. Took a bit for some of the stuff to come in but I'd check there first to see what they can do for you. Maybe also try to see what an order from the PRX website would cost and ask if they can help cover shipping to AK! Worth a shot.

@willzbillzfam2 жыл бұрын
You should be fine! The bar will be putting downward pressure on the spotter arms, which are supported fully by the vertical rack beams. Seems like the only way the bolts would get loose is to purposely try and pull the rack away from the wall.

Great video and review! Reading through the comments, it sounds like you’ve moved so may not remember this…but did you have any issue with installing the bench because of the foundation lip? Do you recall approximately how tall and deep the foundation lip was? Did you have to add a ledger board or did it fold up completely above the foundation lip? Thanks in advance!

We did move but from what I recall we just had the bottom of the bench base rest right above the foundation lip when closed up. So yah, it just closed up above the foundation. Hope that helps!
