I disagree with holding the dispatcher accountable, she did her job and tried to get the fire department to the place asap while trying to reassure her. The real problem is that the fire department didn't do shit and just stood outside the house to put out the forest fire. Sure, putting out the forest fire is important for the wildlife but they literally didn't even try to get in the house to save the lady.

@@oumardiop1 the dispatcher repeatedly asked how many occupants were in the home, after the poor lady had already said she’s alone in the house, that is on fire. Moreover she suggested/ asked this poor lady multiple to try and get to the front door, after she had explained that she had an injury/break that required a walker to move through the house filling with smoke. There’s video of the fire department doing shyte outside of the house while the fire consumed her and she cried out. So it’s not secret or shock that the dispatcher mf was out to lunch…
