yeah , I think a "single coils only" vid might be fun with strat / tele / mustang. still ironing out some workflow challenges for stereo amp mic-ing but we'll see what we can do; I also would love to try both Morgans in stereo too ha.

@AmbientEndeavours How does the AC5 compare to the FIVE in terms of low volume playing? Would I be better of with the Agro knob on the FIVE if I want some EOB at apartment-friendly low volumes? The new AC5 looks really great though! I've had my eye on the FIVE since you demo'd it a few months ago, but now this is super interesting.

Yeah , for EOB at apartment-friendly volumes I'd really go FIVE. The AGRO lets you get that saturation at much lower volumes. The "dirty clean" sounds from AC5 are great, but I think you'd have neighbors knocking on your door with the AC5 because of volume.

with the bright switch off, is it more like a Vox normal channel?

I demonstrate both settings pretty extensively in the video, but yeah to my ears with the switch OFF it sounds more like a normal channel Vox - highs are definitely rolled off a tad, warmer sounding overall.
