Mosab Hijazi yeah I think Gideon was the first Jeid shipper in that birthday part. I think JJ called him her "Spence" because he had earned a special place in her heart. When Spence showed Gideon how happy he was that she was the only one who called him "Spence" I think Gideon profiled both of them as a future couple. That's why Gideon gave Spence those Redskins tickets as a birthday present. So Spence and JJ could try spending time together away from work and cases and maybe take it from there. But they did form a special bond together over the years.

The clown or the brat.. is often only the distraction.. all eyes are upon that.. while the real work is done behind the scenes. Much like how in a movie they seem to make it all about the lead actors.. and yet often the storyline is so much deeper than their presence or words spoken. Movement causes the eye to naturally follow the movement. But to see the unmoving information.. the seemingly common or quiet things.. people can be so busy looking at the big picture they miss the small and yet important things. It's what made Cols funny picture book a work of pure genius because it was all about perspective. Yet it's near impossible to find a copy these days. It's a real good mind trip and mind opener.. but as the saying goes the devil is in the detail
