Build Guide: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hmWZoI2jl5KFeNE PATCH 6 NOTES: KARNISS AGGROES IF YOU PICK UP THE MOONLANTERN. Drag the rotting fish basket next to the moonlantern then drag the moon lantern into that basket. This will make them all run away apart from 1 hyena. Pick up that moon lantern safely then deal with the hyena. Here is a video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aWLMd4iIn7iqjrs, you can watch my livestreams too if that helps Portrait pinging is soft fixed. You can keybind a button to ping invisible enemies. CONSOLE METHOD: You'll need longstrider, enhanced leap, feather fall potion and a strength elixir. You should be able to race the shadow curse damage with your jump distance. Once near the toll house the damage will tick and put you into turn based. You should be able to take 2 - 3 turns before reaching the Moonrise Towers way point. It's fairly low difficulty and safe. If you're worried use your action to dash or throw a potion at your feet and use the bonus action to leap a massive distance. Remember that damage increases in tick. All VIDS in the series: kzbin.info/aero/PL4FIbKh8q08O0HlKNMzUgu2jatrqPut-e&si=q7Ml-jSotmIe_Ixj Hi this is just a vod for people who are interested in seeing how I play. I am editing the video as we speak. Also my offline persona is very different from my video persona and it was very difficult to say stuff on the spot so please understand I am not super animated during the video. I am aware of the audio bugs as I have issues with USB power, I have used some of my channel funds to get a new mic + audio interface using a XLR setup which hopefully should be here SOON. A reminder that this is my random pathing that I came up with you don't have to copy or follow me. Once you're geared up you can literally do whatever in ACT 1 because you'll destroy everything with the setup. As for the kidnapping just loot/path/steal another 1k gold I got lazy. It literally does not affect the outcome I hope you can see that - soz for wasting like 15 mins in the vod I just wanted the act 2 stuff done then out

Hi, I love your stealth build. However, would you consider getting the Cloak of Cunning Brume for this build? Having access to an infinite smokescreen seems a really good idea for this build. Unfortunately, it requires saving the tieflings. Although, there are ways to kill the goblin leaders without leveling up. So, I feel like it's worth the effort.

I had a similar sound glitch, try: Sound control panel > Playback > Properties > Advanced > then change sound quality from 48000Hz to 441000Hz (DVD to CD) apparently they recorded the audio at a different frequency. Worked for me!

Another thing I really like about this video is how you explain what you're doing as you go. Most solo Honour playthroughs on YT are full of helpful tricks, but they're also not narrated (makes them hard to keep up with while watching at work) and/or edited down too much. Very helpful to see the whole process AS you think out loud. Some of these tricks I knew already from my own runs, but I saw a LOT of new ones in yours. You also play a lot more boldly than I do for solo Honour. Getting the Risky Ring is one thing (I have mostly been doing Tavern Brawler Eldritch Knight, stacking AC to the roof and fighting straight up, crawling through act 1 as thoroughly as possible; I play VERY conservatively), but kidnapping act 2 Moonglow just to rob her at level 3 was inspired. And it really put things in perspective when after all that cloak and dagger to get the Risky Ring, you took your mostly-finished Titanstring build back to act 1 and just completely shredded it. I'm convinced. Titanstring builds RUN solo Honour. (Unless Larian decides to make Right Honourable Mode and nerf those too.)
@MorganaEvelyn7 ай бұрын
Hi thank you for such a well written comment and it really made my day. I was so-so on the narration because I felt like it was a bit sparse and wasn't very in depth but it's great to be proven wrong. I usually play pretty aggressively with my glass cannon builds which is pretty high risk high reward but I love the excitement and speed of this play style. If they nerf the Titanstring I'll find something silly to replace it (banshee bard probably)

I just want to say I love longer-form content like this. It's great to see how someone plays. Don't feel pressured to commentate the entire time, it's okay if you can't find the words to say. Sometimes it's nice to see how some of these tricks and tips work out in real time and explained instead of just being jump-cut together with 10 cuts in a few seconds in an edited video.

Lastly, you probably already know this by now, but for anyone else following along, BIG tip on Grym: - Use the thrown stuff to get him low, but be sure to get the killing blow with your bow or you could lose out on the 875exp for him (Patch 6)

There are a few hilarious moments I can't help but highlight. 17:42 "This isn't a speedrun, I just want to get things done becase I have ADHD" ..a few moments later.. 57:23 "Ok Shadow needs a little break here" >proceeds to poo/pee on the dirty toilets in the woods 44:57 ok I have no words for this fight.. Your profound understanding of the game shines through, earning you my utmost respect, fellow aficionado of Shadowheart's peculiar foot fixation. For anyone looking to steal: 1. Shapeshifter's boon ring (kill strange ox in the druid grove) gives 1d4 to ALL ability checks 2. Guidance spell 3. Gloves of thievery (makes rolling 1 almost impossible...until you do) 4. Smuggler's ring The shapshifter's boon ring works even if you take it off after, and the benefit stays until long rest. So every start of a new day, shapeshift then replace the ring. Easy 1d4 to everything you do in the game. With those 4 things, you will be able to steal forever. Also, you can trade with the trader, and split their items (including money) to smaller stacks, making stealing a breeze. So if you want to steal 2500 gold, it will require throwing a 20, you go in the trade window, split it to 500 stacks, and steal those. Or 250 stacks, whatever. Same with scrolls, arrows, etc.

But this sort of gives a build up for that build. Great video. Thanks for the hard work.👍

Love the play and the commentary. Keep up the good work! As a solo Honour runner myself, I love how on-brand the sociopathic gameplay tactics are for actually RPing solo Shadowheart. Given that most of GFP's positive character development comes from interacting with other characters, it makes sense that without their presence and influence, she's just gonna default to ruthless Sharrite mode for much of the game. She's also one of the most believable non-custom origins to go it alone cause her whole thing is Sharrite Black Ops, Trust No One Except Mother Superior, Obviously. Interact with people as needed to complete the mission, but don't get involved any more than necessary. Sad, but it makes sense for the circumstances. Also, Volo really needs to enchant his pockets with a DC 30 check at minimum. Or put like a heavily armed gnome bodyguard in there.

Your voice is so relaxing I could watch these videos forever! And you play in such an interesting way. Sad that there's no VOD for the 24 hour stream (unless that's still coming?)

Cosair Greymon doing the glitch walk into the ground lol. Once I was trying to ambush the paladins of tyr by hiding two of my party on a bookshelf, and I had to make them jump up there so when they eventually got up there, they started to glitch through the roof and they could no longer move, so I'm guessing there's just some cursed spots on the map. By the way I loved the first part, love the way you play it's very entertaining, just found your channel and will binge your videoes.

Thank you so much. I finally finished editing this vod into a video today. I'm improving my videos each time and I have lots of fun making content 😊

Hey did you know that even if you fail a perception check on buried treasure, you can use the shovel from inventory on the ground and dig it up anyways!

Before killing robot. When you pulled the lever and went down, you can just teleport up from there. It's annoyng to go up using vanilla camera.

Nice I've wanted to do another run but always felt weird about not finishing the first one 100%. After watching this I'm determined to just have fun playing how I want to.

My favorite line in the game, "Inquisitor W'wargaz was potent, we are impressed." I have never used potent to describe anyone lmao this is my fav thing now 🤣🤣🤣

It's really interesting to see this and how you build it up. I assume this wouldn't work too well in a party, or rather the archer would just be shooting alone and killing most things until combat breaks out and the rest comes to help clean up. I'm hoping you will continue this for the full game but also would like to see similar for different builds you enjoy to make, maybe also full party runs.

it works great in a party honestly. i have a few live streams now with the titan string i'll continue this save once my voice comes back and i get some time to sit down and play 😊

You can press Enter when pickpocketing? How did I never try this? This is the content I'm here for.

really enjoying the vibes of this video. just fyi for things like the boulder with the speed potions, you can cast guidance on yourself before you walk up to it for slightly better odds. unless you just didn't think it was worth the few seconds to do, which, fair 🤷♂️

I love the unscripted gameplay with the fails. Lot of these on YT are so perfect. They don't show how to handle messups.. Especially in Honor mode where messups can end your run in an instant. I don't know if you know this, but you can kill the shapesifting cow in the Grove and he drops a ring which gives you d4 to all Checks. With the shapeshifting helmet, you can just keep your form as a drow and pretty much blaze through most of Act 1 with free d4 on top of the Guidance amulet. Most checks are trivialized with this and with a Proficiency in Sleight of Hand or Expertise, no path is closed off for you as a solo runner 😂 You can have upto 2 stats with an 8, maybe 3 stats with an 8 in strength because once you get to the Arcane Tower at the top floor you can get a Club of Hill Giant strength.. Have that as your main weapon for a free 19 in Strength, then respec your character to bring str to an 8. I am planning on a Solo Durge Honor Run after my current full party Durge Run. Durge I feel is essential because you can skip Orin fight effectively if you go murderhobo and get the Slayer form and become Bhaal's chosen and we all know Orin is a bitch in Honor mode XD. Without the Slayer form, she actually is stupidly weak. Side with Gortash and you get to skip his fight. He just dies at the first Netherbrain encounter lulz. As for Ketheric, find the documents in his room detailing his family.. Succeed few persuasion checks and you can pretty much skip the first phase of his boss battle which is nifty. Another benefit of Durge is the Haunted ONe background nets you a lot of inspiration points and you need to hoard them like nobody's business. Inspiration is so crucial in honor mode. My idea is more or less Gloomstalker Assassin with stupid burst damage first round of combat. Start off as Rogue because Expertise in Stealth and Sleight of Hand, 3 levels Get Assassin. Go into Ranger from there and keep going for the rest of the levels. This does delay extra attack and the cool ranger abilities you get.. So to remedy that get two hand crossbows, you can get one in Underdark with Derryck and the other one in the Grove I believe. Even without Dual Wielding feat, Dual Hand Crossbows is insanely strong and should help you through the early levels of Act 1 quite easily. Maybe add Sharpshooter at level 4 Rogue before going Ranger to make it extra spicy. Hope it works.. I have practiced in Tactician. Hopefully, Honor mode doesn't do me in XD.

IN the underdark, at the mage's place, you can just go to the left of the building (as you face the building) and jump down the mushrooms to avoid most of the turrets. In case you didn't know.

Inspired me to do a solo run like this but I think I'll go assasin rogue 3, gloomstalker 5, and then 4 more rogue or fighter. Enjoying your commentary and waiting to see the next vods
