I love watching you stretching and all.this crazy handstand stuff. Makes me wanna learn and do it. Please post more videos about stretching, they help a lot. I actually started stretching more often and seeing great results thanks to your videos 💕

This series was so cool and inspiring! Your training is so on point. You fully commit to your session by doing exercises and movements that demand all of you. There are no "sissy" moves, dead space or wasted exercises that allow for the opportunity to "take it easy" while training. Great job on that! Super inspiring and makes me want to add that much more to my own training. Turn it up a notch and really challenge myself. Also, I love how you change things up and really listen to your body and vibe for the day. You do full body strength training, interval cardio AND your sport which is handstands and gymnastics. That's total fitness and a great example of being fit all around. You do what you love which is why you can be so committed to it consistently. Love that! Great job! Feel free to do this series again in the near, near, NEAR future. :)

Your gymnastics is awesome! Although after competing in acro comps as a base in the UK. I think Steve needs to relax his shoulders, rather than pressing you up he needs to relax his shoulders down onto the floor and focus on keeping his Elbows locked out, as he is super wobbly.
