We have the same situation but i stop doing intermittent fasting since someone said it mess up the hormones and slow down the metabolism. I decided to just listen to my body and eat whenever im hungry but and i just alsways remaind myasleft to have a 2hrs time break in between each meal

@@dabiavy yessss honestly I feel much better now just eating whatever the hell I want because when I was doing intermittent fasting I ended up having dizzy spells and once I fell onto my bed. But taking a break after each meal is so much more better and I have learned to appreciate the food and be more body neutral x

I have always struggled with my relationship with exercise. Focusing on what your body Is capable of rather than how it appears Is a really helpful advice to heal.

Looking back to my 20s, Ive always been suffering from my eating disorder and after all I wasted my whole 20s just suffering, never enjoying my life. Started exercising at mid-30s and that gradually changed my view on my body and towards food. Entering 40s, started a bit of cardio, and it helps me to be fit. Now I enjoy eating what I want though I havent completely overcome fear towards my body shape. Glad to see you enjoying your precious young life❤ Go on girl! Lifes short.

Great video, this is a very good explanation of long term 'diet' if you wanna call it that but like a diet is short term thing and that's where people go wrong and put weight back on because they try to stick with the diet always. You can treat yourself, I of course don't suggest over indulging but yeah this video is a great way of explaining that you can eat what you want and still be healthy :)

@@MorganVenn Hey Morgan, what’s up? How are you? I have a question! When you went to New York, what hotel did you go to? How much did the hotel cost? How many days did you stay in NYC? I’m asking these questions because I’m planning to go to NYC in December to attend one of the Broadway shows over there and I wanna book to the front seats but they’re really expensive and everything else is expensive like spending money on hotels, food and drinks, and transportations. We also spend money on things other than Broadway show. So, I’m wondering if you have any idea about hotels in NYC are less expensive and don’t cost that much money. Any tips for that? Thank you!

Yes you can eat what you want no do not eat donuts for dinner come on now let’s be serious here to me personally everybody’s body is different everybody’s goals are different you have to do what feels right but let’s be honest donuts for dinner just doesn’t sound right for anybody. I don’t care who you are yeah that may contradict what I just said but let’s get real here we don’t want people to be getting diabetes. I think the most important thing is portion control and just don’t overheat and don’t be gluttonous.
