Get a milk frother! I have one that came with my nespresso so it was expensive BUT I know there are ones just as good online. Didn’t think I’d care for it but I honestly use it more than the nespresso lol. I’ll buy premade cold brew or coffees and make foam. The aerrocino does hot and cold frothing!

Used to work at Starbucks we put our cream in a blender to thicken it into a slightly fluffy cold cream. 10-15 seconds should do it. Obviously we have a fancy blender with multiple options, but I’m sure you can find a blender (or may own one already) that is capable of blending cold cream/milk.

Starbucks doesn’t sell syrup anymore at the shops. I think they do at grocery stores. I get the Terani syrup and even Alfred Coffee’s vanilla syrup is bomb.

I add almond milk into the heavy whipping cream mixture and use the milk frother on it. It thickens up within a few seconds and most stays at the top of my iced coffee.

what we do to get the cream frothed and like expanded really well is using a small, handheld frother. Its basically an electric strick with like a wheel whisk thing that spins REALLY fast. you can find it on amazon and it works on hot or cold beverages. my mom literally uses it to make whipped cream sometimes

Move your frother up and down and add more heavy whipping cream. I also mix heavy whipping cream and a dash a milk but that is just me.

You're not getting any air bubbles into the cream with a spoon or small frother like that! Try a mini whisk and bigger bowl and really whip the shit out of it.

Try maple syrup for your coffee sweetener and then maybe order a peppermint syrup online instead of peppermint extract. Extract will be way more toothpastey than syrup.

i don’t think you can whip cream with a spoon hahaha - a whisk would be best and you have to be really quick for a few minutes. the hand frother should work too after a few minutes. or even a fork if you dont have a whisk. i recently got a frother machine off amazon and that is so good for cold foam

you can't whip cream with a spoon. the point is to get air into it. be patient or buy the stuff that comes in a can. also the cream is waaaaay healthier than the sugar.
