Former Starbucks barista here: The sweet cream is a vanilla sugar syrup with half heavy cream, half 2% milk (shaken). The peppermint is also a sugar syrup. You can buy syrups from Starbucks locations (i think the bottles are still 21 bucks, idk). Don't buy the ones that are available online- they are NOT the same. :)

Regarding your food intolerance problems, I've similar issues and what really helped me was writing down every thing I was eating for a few weeks and noting which days I felt awful. Then I had to go back to each of these days and looked for the common denominators. I cut the denominators out for a few weeks and tried reintroducing them one at a time to see which one was triggering. Some foods/spices might really surprise you and only affect you if you eat them in higher quantities or a couple of days in a row. It's not a fun time, but it's a really effective way to get to the bottom of it. (I've been advised by a lot of specialist and it's a common recommendations since the majority of the tests don't show intolerances unless they reach the allergy level.)

As a student in physical therapy school, the mismatched shoulder level may not necessarily be scoliosis. it could just be a shoulder posture issue. As we develop a dominance on one side (assuming R hand), the muscles attached to your L shoulder may not be as strong, which is why it appears lower than your R side. also the crossbody bag can contribute to the problem. Seeing a physical therapist may save you some coin, but it also takes time to see results. Chiropractors will possibly cost more, but their techniques provide immediate (but temporary) results. hope this helps!

Hi Morgan! I was told to go on the Fodmap diet for similar issues and I found it didn’t help. I ended up getting food tested and it turned out I was intolerant to other foods and not the foods you should eliminate in the Fodmap diet! Just an idea but I found getting food tested really helpful (even life changing) to figure out what exact food triggers you the most! Hope this makes sense and helps you! ☺️

I discovered the same shoulder issue a few months ago, but I also had some back and nerve pain to go along with it. I discovered that my pelvis isn't exactly where it is supposed to be and that I have a small birth defect that is a fracture on a vertebra. I'm not saying you have what I have but if anything gets worse I recommend going to the doctor and maybe a physical therapist if they recommend it. Make sure you always sit with two feet flat on the ground! Also don't go to a chiropractor they aren't real doctors (tea) rather go to a physical therapist

So I’ve been making my own cold foam at home and it’s Starbucks version of Irish cream cold foam cold brew!! Now I eyeball my measurements 😬 but I do about 1/4 of heavy whipping cream, and a little less than 1/4 of my iitalian sweet creamer and some sea salt.. mix that up with a frother and that’s my foam! If you wanted the peppermint probably just sub for peppermint creamer. And then in my cold brew I put in a pump of Irish cream syrup and omg it’s amazing!

The sweet cream is just 2% & whipping cream & vanilla syrup. I would just play around with the syrup and see how sweet you like it but for the dairy go equal parts or a little more whip. To get cold foam, use your electric hand whisk and try holding it at a slight angle just barely submerged in the mixture. You want to add air to the mixture to get the foam, you don’t want to blend it! And for the peppermint, you can get a syrup or peppermint extract and sweetener!! Also, you’re gonna want your sweet cream to be more sweet than you’d actually want it because you’re adding it to bitter coffee! -sbux barista

Is it acid reflux that you feel? If so get Pepcid, or famotidine which is the generic. It’s over the counter. My mother and I both have hiatal hernias, which just makes you have acid reflux more than normal. And you just have to avoid certain foods. But for the time being try Pepcid or famotidine to see if that helps. I get serious bloating too.

Hi Morgan! I had what sounds like the same thing - for about a year, I thought my body just couldn't eat onions, garlic, bananas, etc. because I got bloated and cramped after. It started to get so bad that I felt like I couldn't eat anything, so I went to a gastro person and they gave me an antibiotic for SIBO, which cleared me right up! They couldn't do the test for it because of covid (it's a breath test), but I would definitely recommend going and seeing a doctor!

The FODMAP diet sounds like a good idea. Do you feel full after eating small amounts of food? Considering the symptoms you mentioned, it sounds like it could maybe be gastroparesis. Obviously it could be something else but since I have gastroparesis that is why I thought of it first. Hope you can figure out what is going on and feel some relief.

Someone who is also trying to follow the FODMAP Diet & nurse. So my doctor told me I have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) because I was having changes in my bowel movements. Felt nauseous, bloated and almost gassy. Garlic, onions are list of things we cannot eat that aggravate the IBS.
