These are the exercises:
8's-4's-2's-singles (all Tones).
8's-4's-2's-singles (all Slaps).
Bass-Tone 4x in dominant hand in 3/4 time, 1+a2+a... (adding single bass from opposite hand in between the 3rd and 4th set), then same thing in non-dominant hand (also adding the bass from the dominant hand in between the 3rd and 4th set).
Same routine as above but this time with Bass-Slap.
Sam routine as above but with Tone-Slap.
Tone-Tone-Slap-Slap with the dominant hand then with the non-dominant hand and alternate, speeding up if you can.
T-S (8x's) in dominant hand then 4 sets of 4-rolls (Slaps, Tones, Slaps, Tones), then alternate and do the same thing in the non-dominant hand but still roll from the hand you normally roll from. Rolls all start on the pulse. Speed up as you go if you can.
More advanced version of the exercise above is to change the rolls to 5 sets of 4-rolls crossing over the down beat.
Flam combos, B/T - T, alternating from L/R - L to R/L - R, where flam B/T is on the beat, single T is on the &.
Next, same as above but with B/S - S.
T - S/S combo where the single T starts on the & and the S/S flam is on the beat, alternating from L - R/L to R - L/R.
B - T/T combo same as above in regards to timing and handing as above, alternating from L - R/L to R - L/R.
Speed up on each of these exercises as you build your strength.

I've been practising on that video for a few weeks and that made me progress a lot. If you could make a different one with Nasira it would be awsome. Anyway, thank you for your vidéos, it's fun to play with, and you're always cheerful and you transmit your good mood. I wish I had a school like yours where I live. (from France)
