I agree with the spirit of your comment. 😊. As a consumer of ASMR content for ~15 years, I have seen an overall trend/acquiescence of artists to adjust their ‘style’ to ‘what sells.’ Alas…’tis the nature of capitalism and ‘making a living whilst trying to honor one’s craft and have still have an ounce of integrity.’ Have I seen artists I have truly enjoyed for many years slowly compromise their ‘original’ integrity in order to remain relevant or otherwise ‘algorithmistically’-viable?’ Yep…of course. Do I like it? No, but I 1,000% understand the drivers behind it. All the more reason why I respect ASMR artists who stay true to their core tenets of why they do this in the first place.

I think I was an original ASMR listener, around when WhisperingLife, WhisperCrystal, IrishRose52, VeniVidiVulpes and others just started. I was pre-Maria, saw Lilium's first video and account post, and after all of these years and no doubt hundreds of ASMRtists and thousands of ASMR videos, you have THE best voice of all time. Sometimes, you are the only person whose voice still gives me ASMR as I get desensitized & can't sleep or have anxiety. You deserve so much more recognition - thanks for all you do.
