Thanks Paul for this excellent series of Morini clutch videos. I recently had to replace my 500 clutch cover, and your thorough and methodical approach was invaluable. To anyone thinking of doing this task, you should be fine by patiently following these videos (just remember you'll need to acquire a clutch holding tool to complete the task).

Hello, i am the owner of a morini 350 kanguro year 1983 unfortunately i am unable to put the bike in neutral when the engine is on and if i turn off the engine it goes easily to neutral. Could you please help me to understand what the problem is. Many thanks Riccardo from Italy

You have a dragging clutch. The first thing would be to check the adjustment; As far out on the release arm as possible without touching the side case, rather than the 15mm stated in the manual. A worn bar lever pivot can result in reduced cable travel, so check that too. If that doesn't help, then strip and clean the clutch at the very least.

You said you made that clutch tool? Is there not somewhere that sells them? Trying to get these nuts off a clutch in a 68 moto morini

Anthony Spagnola I made the clutch tool in this video; kzbin.info/www/bejne/pImceIV9gK6lhNk I don't know of anyone selling a purpose made tool (other than perhaps NLM) and the usual approach is to cut a notch in a screwdriver, or screwdriver bit. An impact driver bit might be best if you go down that route.

Thanks I just saw that video right after I posted my comment. Sounds like its time to fabricate up something.
