Awee I'm so glad you chose to react to this! I got emotional all over again. When I say we stans were STUNNED! Understand they have been married for MONTHS and hid it the whole time! I have said before, if I wanted a secret kept for me Morissette could definitely do it, clearly Dave as well! She was a vision coming down that aisle and Dave's reaction Good Lord.. Hello tears! I wish them all the best on Earth. Now some fun stuff. She sang Love on Top at the reception and went OFF! WAAAY OFF! We got a peek at about 2min of it. I'm not sure if it's long enough to react to but it's floating out there! The EP! Again dropped without us knowing. We knew some songs were coming but not an EP under an Alias group name. From the Sea is a Quartet of tracks and a Cool drink of water! React for sure. That EP is No 1 in the Philippines on iTunes as well as, 3 other countries ,slipped into the All genres Albums in the US and as high as 11 on the US alternative iTunes charts with NO PROMO! "Won't he do it!" Thank u again the reactions never disappoint!

Nick, great reaction. I know that your reaction will be 100 % authentic and that you really "get" both Dave and Mowie. To me, the most poignant scene was her walking down the aisle by herself. It was beautiful because she was walking toward a great future with Dave, but it was sad because it meant she was giving up on her family for now. She is indeed making a great sacrifice but it shows she is fully committed to her future with Dave. Congrats Mowie and Dave. Before this video premiered, the youtube title was “From The Sea - Morissette and Dave Lamar” then later on while the video started to show the nuptials, they changed it to the current youtube title. In one of her online interviews, Mori mentioned the sacrifice her family made for her to pursue music. They're from Cebu and even though it is a city, if you want to succeed you have to move to Manila. Her father trained her and her mother accompanied her when she moved to Manila. She knows and acknowledges the efforts of her family for her. But she fell in love and her choice wasn't acceptable to her father, especially. She literally gave up everything for Dave. Everything she ever earned she gave it to her family and even when they're still not on speaking terms, she built a house in Manila for her family. It's all she can do. When she walked down the aisle alone, it's really poignant. I pray that her parents will know that she didn't make the wrong choice, that Dave supports her and loves her.

I'm happy for them both. It's hard to find love that you are happy with. I also feel sad for all of us who love her amazing musical talents. Now that she is married with a family soon, she will not have the same amount of dedication to her craft. It's a real shame. We rarely see people with her caliber of talent. I'd hoped that she would conquer the musical world first before marriage, but perhaps I'm just old fashion.

They didn't just get married. This was actually several months ago. They just happened to reveal it a couple days ago. The past predicts the future so if anything she's going even harder. In the time they were married, she dropped not 1 but 2 EPs , produced and starred in her own digital concert and is headed to the US for a multi city tour next month. I don't want to speak for them, but going by her prior answer to this ,her set up allows for her not to be pulled in different directions, because her husband is a key component of her team. Writing Producing, performing, he wears many hats in that operation.

As with faith, I don't believe in that crap. I believe in evidence NOT faith. In the past, when amazing artists, such as Morrissette and others, tried to accomplish two incredible things at the same time, it rarely ends well for both. Maybe Mori will be the exception. Maybe?? However, the evidence speaks otherwise.
