Tax churches as the corporate money making entities they are. If people want to contribute to that, it is their own (albeit highly questionable) choice.

Not all church’s are corporate though. Here in Canada the Anglican Church uses what ever money we give to actually help needy people. If the Anglican Church didn’t they would see a lot of us walk out.

@@nordicexile7378 yes the LDS church or ELDER OAKS is very clear that "soft porn" and "all types" swimsuits and lingerie! there is no Grey or colors with the Brethren of the church!

There's a big difference between religion .. and an establishment of religion .. tax the establishment, not the religion ..

If faculty are interviewed by either the president of the university or the academic vice president, a general authority, and are approved by the board of trustees (not to mention the bishop's interview), how do these open enemies of the church get hired with such rigorous discernment practices in place?

Sure, but....maybe they are so busy sinning that they cant even hear the spirit anymore. Do they even have testimonies? I cant be sure. Is it possible the entire leadership of the church has apostatized? We could all pray about it, but something tells me we would all get different answers.

While I am sympathetic to the issue raised regarding the misuse of tithing funds it could be that an investment in an insurance company and a shopping mall may be prudent if the loans were repaid in full with the additional cost of a reasonable interest rate!
