Great video. I can’t believe I, a former mormo, was taught we chose our parents. Worst idea ever. Where does that leave those who are severely abused and even starved or killed by parents? Were they not elect enough to get a good set 😖 ?

There is no way to debunk that Mormon doctrine, since its a doctrine revealed from within LDS theology, and therefore all you can do is to disagree from your point of view, using whatever you want to choose to back up your claim. Certainly, Pre-Existence is not in the Bible, and I would never argue what we have with knowing "before being on the Womb" is in any case a argument for that, thats where scholars disagree and thats what we need to accept. Therefore, there is not much sense in trying to debunk merely by your believe of the Bibles inerrancy and exclusivety, the discussion should rather be how you know that what you believe is the truth, how you discern, and how your experience differs from those that some Mormons have.

Great scripture references and teaching. The problem is that when sharing truths with my LDS family and friends, a Biblical references hold little value and certainly not proof. When the Bible says anything against an LDS doctrine, they just say the Bible was translated in error. An LDS prophet and LDS scripture will always trump the Bible to them.

I know what youre saying, its like the scripture just goes "over their head".....in time and with prayer (give the seed time to grow)the Scripture will penetrate their heart eventually ....it might take alot of time though...

Well, to be fair, it's not like they would go to hell for their beliefs, according to Christianity. They accept Jesus, so regardless of how misguided you believe their faith to be they are still saved, according to the teachings of Christ.

I came to this world knowing how to do stuff like fly drive fight and many other things. I am recorded very young as arguing with my preschool teacher that I remembered prebirth and the womb. She said impossible and I am having false memories. Socrates also had this intelligence from his pre life existence. Early The way and Gnostic plus Native Americans believe this from memory. You mean to tell me that if God the Father who is suppose to be the father of our spirits and no man has seen God at any time then God the Father must not be a very good Father. We were all in the beginning with God and he knew each and everyone of us as it says in Jeremiah 1:5 but no man has seen God that is in the flesh and lived unless they were changed somehow in order to do so. Even Moses was changed or protected to stand in the presence of the Glory of God somehow or else he would be destroyed. Much like what happened at the Mount of Transfiguration. People were changed in order to withstand the Glory of God.
