Yes. Being a very sleuthy person, I am constantly learning new things about everything possible. One of the best pieces of advice I ever got was to read Science Magazine whenever possible and try my best to understand it and quite frequently I did. For example, as the AIDS epidemic was first starting, I was able to follow the progress and discoveries of the AIDS research in nearly real time, on until the discovery that the HIV virus was its cause and that it is a sexually transmitted disease, or can be acquired through contaminated blood transfusions or other blood products, or prenatally. And it was a considerable time after that that the first medical treatments began to be available, as well as accurate tests for the infection. Finding all of this out about a nearly irrevocably fatal disease from the writings of the scientists who were actually making those important discoveries. So its those kinds of investigations that I typically engage in.

Bill, I did the fluoride but it was in little packets and there was no school nurse. And my husband did it, but he said he faked it, which was pretty easy because they were silver packets. I’m in Canada
