They are Hand bells

Based on the black/white handles, I'd say these are Malmark. One octave of bells is around $6,500. This group looks like they're using a full seven octaves, which is around $106,000 new. Plus, you need the special music stands, pads, tables, mallets, etc. It's a massive investment, but a great one!
