With this routine I didn't notice any issues, probably because the retinol concentration in the eye cream is low. But this video is a couple years old and so now I alternate between a retinol eye cream and just a moisturizing one!

They are not harmful :) depending on your skin you might have a reaction to different products. The products I use might not work for someone else but everyone is different and so you have to try and see what works for you
