You are not alone in worrying about doing stuff with one child and having your other(s) feel left out. When my three were smaller, we would have a little party for their birthday and then I would always plan a one on one activity with them with either me or their dad, depending on the activity. Our policy was that if one of the other kids asked to go along, they could as long as the birthday boy or girl agreed. My kids always agreed to let their siblings go which was nice.

Don't feel bad that you're struggling with trying to find Abbie in your life. Learning how to be Abbie, and a wife, and a mother is a process. Balance happens when you wiggle around a bit until you find out what works. Just keep feeling it out and working toward your goals and you will find that balance.

We don't like it when you do everyone's age in months because it makes us have to do math to figure it out and honestly I'd rather hear 3 1/2 years old instead of 42 months and having to do division to get the age. I don't know about everyone else, but I have COVID brain and I don't think as fast as I used to. So it's either I get to watch your video or I do math, but not both.
